This notice applies to website visitors and people who contact us to learn about services, request a proposal or follow a Sclyve Digital project. It also covers personal data contained in messages and materials submitted for assistance.
Websites, applications and platforms accessed through external links have their own privacy practices. This policy describes the processing carried out by Sclyve Digital and does not replace those services’ notices.
Information you provide
In project briefing forms, we receive your name, company, email, WhatsApp, website or region, and answers about your project or brand. These requests are recorded for review and assistance. WhatsApp or email conversations, documents and shared files may contain additional information.
Send only what is necessary for your request. Sensitive information, personal documents and other people’s data should not be included in an initial quotation request unless necessary. If a project requires such data, its use must be defined for that purpose.
Purposes and grounds for use
We use information to respond to requests, understand the scope, prepare proposals and take the steps towards contracting that you have requested. The forms present an authorization to review the request and contact you before submission. During a contracted service, the necessary data supports the work and project communications.
Information may also need to be retained to comply with legal obligations or exercise rights in a dispute. Each use must have a basis provided for under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Where consent is required, it will be requested for a stated purpose and may be withdrawn; visiting the website does not mean giving consent to every form of processing.
Dubbing cost estimator
The course duration and number of languages are used in your browser to calculate the estimate. The public simulation does not record these values in a database entry. Running a simulation does not require sending videos or creating an account.
When you choose to copy the quotation, the text is sent to your device’s clipboard. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, the prepared message may include the simulation details. The message is sent when you confirm it in the destination service.
Services used for assistance
Submitted briefings and commercial information about clients and proposals are maintained with support from Supabase. Other providers support hosting and communication, according to the purpose of the assistance. When you use WhatsApp or email, the content also passes through the services responsible for those channels.
Project files should only be sent to production tools when necessary for the agreed scope. Some providers may operate outside Brazil; any international transfer must comply with legal data protection requirements. Information may also be supplied to authorities where a valid obligation exists, subject to applicable confidentiality requirements.
Information retention
Retention takes into account the need to respond to a request, carry out a project and fulfil obligations or protect rights. The period may vary according to the type of information and our relationship with you.
When the purpose ends, the data must be deleted or anonymized, except where the law permits its retention. You can request information about the data retained and the reasons for its retention through our contact channel.
Care of data and materials
Information used for assistance and client files should only be accessed by those who need them to perform the task. Protection includes limiting use to the agreed purpose and checking the need for each disclosure.
If you identify an incorrect submission, suspicious access or another problem related to your data, notify sclyvedigital@gmail.com. Describe the situation without including passwords or credentials in the message.
Your rights and how to request assistance
The LGPD allows you to request information about whether processing takes place and to access or correct your data. Depending on the circumstances and legal limits, it also allows you to request deletion, anonymization, blocking, portability, information about disclosures and the review of automated decisions.
Where use depends on consent, you may withdraw it and ask about the consequences of not providing it. To exercise your rights, write to sclyvedigital@gmail.com. We may request proportionate information to confirm your identity and protect access to the data. If the issue is not resolved, the channels of the ANPD and other competent authorities remain available.
